During the last four years, the blog “Despite our Differences” was a relevant source of comments and developments for the community of EU lawyers. It covered important events like Brexit, the Court’s growing case-law on fundamental rights, the rule of law crisis or the reform of the EU judiciary. Thousands of readers followed regularly the posts and shared them.
Now that the blog has muted into a new endeavour, a selection of texts has been edited and built into a single curated volume. Distributed among different topics and structured chronologically, “Despite our Differences”, the book, allows the reader to follow four years of turbulent but very interesting times for EU law.
The book is free and fully available for all readers. All you have to do is click here and access the download platform.
