COVID-19 Equivalence Certificates for non-EU Countries to facilitate free movement

The EU's legal framework setting out how to issue, verify and accept an interoperable 'EU Digital COVID Certificate' is set out in Regulation 2021/953, so that free movement within the EU can be encouraged in the context of the pandemic: a number of Commission Implementing Decisions for non-EU territories has just been published so that the certificates they issue are equivalent to that of the EU Digital COVID Certificate.

The Commission Implementing Decisions are:
