ABN AMRO Bank and ODDO BHF’s Joint Venture: approval published

Publication has been made of the European Commission’s decision of 17 December 2020 to approve the acquisition of joint control of a joint venture created by ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and ODDO BHF SCA, made under the EU Merger Regulation.

ABN AMRO (based in the Netherlands) offers retail, corporate and investment banking, brokerage, clearing and custody services.

ODDO BHF (based in France) offers private banking, corporate and investment banking, asset management, research and brokerage services, as well as foreign exchange and metals trading services.
