Action brought against Commission by Association Trinationale de Protection Nucléaire (ATPN) over Taxonomy Delegated Regulation

In ATPN v Commission (T-567/22) the General Court will hear an action for annulment against Commission in the framework of the Commission Delegated Regulation 2022/1214 (‘Taxonomy Delegated Regulation’) which amended Delegated Regulation 2021/2139 as regards economic activities in certain energy sectors and Delegated Regulation 2021/2178 as regards specific public disclosures for those economic activities.

In support of its action, the applicant claims:
