Action seeking annulment of Regulation imposing anti-dumping duties on imports of glass fibre fabrics originating in China and Egypt published

An action brought on 19 May 2020 by Hengshi Egypt Fiberglass Fabrics and Jushi Egypt for Fiberglass Industry against the European Commission has been officially published (T-301/20).

The applicants seek the annulment of Commission Implementing Regulation 2020/492 imposing definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of certain woven and/or stitched glass fibre fabrics (GFF) originating in China and Egypt, in so far as it relates to the applicants. GFFs are a construction material used for example in boat hulls and decks, vehicle body panels for trucks and trains, windmill blades, pipes and tanks, ski and snow-boards, pipes and tanks, and leisure vehicles and more.
