In two judgments of 25 November 2020 - Istituto Nazionale della Previdenza Sociale (C-302/19) and Istituto Nazionale della Previdenza Sociale (C-303/19), the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) addressed equal treatment in the granting of social benefits between third-country nationals resident as workers in Italy and Italian nationals.
