Anti-dumping measures imposed on hot-rolled flat products of iron, non-alloy or other alloy steel due to expire

Notice of the impending expiry of certain anti-dumping measures has been published today (2021/C 170/05) concerning certain hot-rolled flat products of iron, non-alloy or other alloy steel originating in Brazil, Iran, Russia and Ukraine. The anti-dumping measures are currently imposed by ​​Commission Implementing Regulation 2017/1795.

EU producers are hereby put on notice that they can submit a request for a review no later than before 6 July 2022. Unless a review is initiated, the anti-dumping measures will expire on 7 October 2022.
