Approval of acquisition of Imphytek Powders published today

The Commission's approval for Aperam Alloys Imphy SAS and Tekna Plasma Europe SAS to create a new jointly controlled full-function joint-venture ImphyTek Powders, resulting in the latter producing and commercialising nickel alloys powders worldwide, which we published a post on earlier this week, has now also been published in the Official Journal.

The joint venture will be based in France. The acquiring company Aperam Alloys Imphy is a Luxembourgish company, a global player in stainless, electrical and specialty alloys steel, with customers in over 40 countries.
