Commission approves acquisition of Apleona Group by PAI Partners SAS

The European Commission has approved under the EU Merger Regulation the acquisition of sole control of 

the Apleona Group GmbH, based in Germany 

by 

PAI Partners SAS, based in France. 

The Apleona Group is a company specialising in integrated infrastructure and property management including all commercial services as well as marketing and leasing of real estate. It is present in more than 30 countries but its activities are mainly focused on Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
