Commission imposes anti-dumping duties on Chinese aluminium converter foil 

Official publication has been made today of Commission Implementing Regulation 2021/2170, by which the EU imposes a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of aluminium converter foil originating in China.

This follows an investigation initiated last year covering the period from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020, following a complaint under Article 10 of Basic Regulation 2016/1037 alleging that Chinese imports of aluminium converter foil are being subsidised and are thereby causing injury to the EU industry.
