Commission imposes provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of certain iron and steel products from Turkey

Today, official publication has been made of Commission Implementing Regulation 2021/9 imposing a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of certain hot-rolled flat products of iron, non-alloy or other alloy steel originating in Turkey.

Adopted yesterday, this Implementing Regulation imposes a provisional anti-dumping duty ranging from 4,8 % to 7,6 % on the concerned iron and steel products originating in Turkey. This follows the Commission’s anti-dumping investigation launched in May 2020 in response to a complaint made by Eurofer that there was evidence of dumping from Turkey and resulting material injury. In June 2020, the Commission initiated an anti-subsidy investigation with regard to imports of the same product originating
