Commission publishes its opinion on how to apply EU sanctions concerning Syria, Libya, the Central African Republic and Ukraine

It has been announced today by the European Commission that it has adopted three opinions on how to apply EU sanctions concerning Libya and Syria, the Central African Republic and relating to Ukraine.
