Commission reimposes definitive anti-dumping duties on Chinese wire rod
The European Commission has reimposed definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of wire rod originating from China, following an expiry review initiated at the request of the European Steel Association (EUROFER).
EUROFER had alleged that the expiry of the measures that were in force would likely result in the recurrence of dumping and injury to the EU industry. The Commission concluded that there were no compelling reasons against keeping the existing measures on imports originating in China.
