Court of Justice to deliver preliminary rulings on Dublin III Regulation requested by Italian courts

The Court of Justice will hear two cases on the interpretation of the Dublin III Regulation (604/2013) following two requests for a preliminary ruling, lodged by the regional courts of Milan (C-315/21) and Trieste (C-328/21), that have now been published.

The questions referred by the Italian courts concern the lawfulness of transfer decisions and the remedies available in case of infringement of some of the provisions relating to the obligations to provide information and conduct a personal interview in the course of an application procedure under the Regulation.
