Deadlines in several transport Directives and Regulations extended due to ongoing pandemic
In response to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, a Regulation (2021/267) was adopted in order to enable the renewal and extension of the period of validity of certain transportation (rail, waterway, maritime) certificates, licences and authorisations: and it has now been officially published. The Regulation also enables further postponement of certain periodic checks and periodic training.
The deadlines that have been extended concern:
