EDPB’s December Plenary: Evaluation of Law Enforcement Directive, response to MEP Ujhelyi on Pegasus, Guidelines on data breach notifications, Opinion on ex oficio erasure of personal data

At the Plenary session held in December 2021, the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) adopted the following documents: (i) a contribution to evaluation of Law Enforcement Directive under Article 62; (ii) response to MEP Ujhelyi on Pegasus spyware; (iii) final version of Guidelines on examples regarding data breach notifications; and (iv) Opinion 39/2021 on a legal basis for a supervisory authority to order ex officio the erasure of personal data.
