EKPO Fuel Cell Technologies and ElringKlinger Fuelcell Systems Austria: related acquisitions approved

The European Commission has approved, under the EU Merger Regulation:

the acquisition of joint control of EKPO Fuel Cell Technologies (EKPO) of Germany by ElringKlinger of Germany and Plastic Omnium New Energies of Belgium, and the acquisition of sole control of ElringKlinger Fuelcell Systems Austria (EKAT) of Austria by Plastic Omnium New Energies.

The proposed acquisitions are interdependent and form part of a single overall concentration.
