EPPO launches new website

The European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO), which is a new and independent EU body that has the competence to investigate, prosecute and bring to judgment crimes against the EU budget, such as fraud, corruption or serious cross-border VAT fraud,.has launched its new website (eppo.europa.eu).

The website details its mission, legal framework, structure and members, as well as other relevant information such as its latest press releases and a vacancies section.

Once EPPO finishes its administrative set-up and becomes fully operational, it will also be possible to report a crime directly via its website. With 22 participating Member States, EPPO has been set up as an independent and decentralised prosecution office of the E
