EPPO publishes Delegated Prosecutors Overview per country

The European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) has published an overview of the current status of appointments of European Delegated Prosecutors. At least two European Delegated Prosecutors (EDPs) are appointed per participating country, entrusted with carrying out the investigations in their respective Member States, in accordance with the EPPO Regulation and with national law. 

According to the available information, only Austria, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Slovenia and Spain have not proposed a candidate. The College of the EPPO has already appointed European Delegated Prosecutors in 10 participating Member States, who have mostly started working for EPPO already.
