EU representatives meet Western Balkans counterparts to discuss Justice and Home Affairs matters

Representatives of the Presidency of the Council of the EU and the European Commission met with their counterparts from the Western Balkans at the annual EU-Western Balkans Ministerial Forum on Justice and Home Affairs yesterday.

In the field of Home Affairs, they discussed (i) a common interest in increasing bilateral cooperation for more efficient migration management (such as through regional information exchange, improved reception conditions in the Western-Balkans, and more EU support for bilateral readmission agreements).
