EU-UK post-Brexit relations: Commission reiterates that it rules out renegotiation of how to implement Northern Ireland/Ireland Protocol

The European Commission has published a statement in the context of the currently most contentious element of EU-UK relations post-Brexit, concerning ongoing political and legal issues concerning the implementation of part of the Withdrawal Agreement agreed and signed by both parties to end the UK’s membership of the UK, namely the Northern Ireland/Ireland Protocol.
