European Central Bank’s internal rules on how it may restrict data protection rights concerning its supervisory activities

The European Central Bank’s internal rules on how it may restrict certain EU data protection rights it is required to safeguard under EU Data Protection Regulation 2018/1725 within the course of its supervisory activities - namely the prudential supervision of credit institutions - have been published, in the form of Decision 2021/1486.
