European Court of Auditors: Review of EU action on improving digital literacy

The European Court of Auditors has announced that it has reviewed the EU’s work on increasing digital skills among adults, and the EU agenda for the period 2021-2027, at a time when such skills are increasingly important, but there have been ‘relatively few EU-funded projects’ focusing on basic digital literacy. It notes how this has been further highlighted as of significance during the pandemic.
