This online seminar will present major judgments related to family matters issued by the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) in 2020/21.

The seminar is focused on family lawyers, lawyers in private practice and notaries involved in family litigation, judges, ministry officials, representatives of NGOs and children’s rights organisations, academics.
