Five new staff-related cases lodged before the General Court have been officially published.


1. JC v EUCAP Somalia

By this action (T-165/20), the applicant seeks the annulment of several decisions related to the termination of the employment relationship between the applicant and EUCAP Somalia.

In support of the action, the applicant relies on four pleas in law:

Lack of effect of the notification addressed to the applicant, failure to implement the formal pre-litigation procedure, and infringement of Article 21 of the employment contract, insofar the applicant was not heard before the rejection of his internal appeal.
