Fundamental Rights Agency publishes report on fair and equal access to vaccines
The EU Fundamental Rights Agency (FRA) has published a report on fundamental rights implications in vaccine rollout and equality in the EU, providing insight into the available data on equal access to vaccines throughout Member States so far.
The report covers all 27 Member States’ vaccine rollout efforts from 1 March to 30 April 2021, a timeframe in which the EU’s initial slow-start slowly gained speed and was targeted mostly to the senior population.
