General Court to clarify the Commission’s powers to audit grants from the European Structural and Investment Funds

Official publication has been made of the action for annulment (T-101/21) brought before the General Court by Primagra a.s., a Czech company active in the market of agrochemicals and seeds, against the ban on the provision of grants imposed by the European Commission through its letter of 22 October 2020, ARES (2020) 5759350.

In support of its action, the applicant claims that the contested ban was imposed in breach of EU law for several reasons:
