General Court to hear an action against Commission Decision approving COVID-19 State aid scheme in the Netherlands

An action against the Commission’s Decision authorising the State aid measure in SA.63257 — The Netherlands COVID-19: Fourth amendment of the direct grant scheme to support the fixed costs for enterprises affected by the COVID-19 outbreak has been published in the Official Journal today (Bastion Holding and Others v Commission (T-513/21)).
