Internal Market Scoreboard: Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway
The Internal Market Scoreboard that is published biannually provides an overview of directives and regulations that still need to be implemented in the EEA EFTA States: Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein. It also records the number of infringement proceedings.
The most recent Scoreboard finds that Liechtenstein has improved in the number of directives it has transposed, unlike Iceland and Norway which have seen opposite trend; shows that infringement proceedings-numbers are at their highest since 2014; and includes an overview of draft technical regulation notifications and final texts submitted to ESA.
