Latest monitoring report on the development of the rail market published
Official publication has been made of the European Commission’s 7th monitoring report on the development of the rail market under Article 15(4) of the Single European Railway Area Directive (2012/34). Under such provision, the Commission must report every two years to the European Parliament and the Council of the EU on, inter alia, state of the Union railway network, the evolution of the internal market in rail services or the need for further legislation.
