Losing ownership of sole residence to credit-providing business: preliminary ruling request for interpretation of Unfair Practices and Unfair Terms Directives

A Slovakian court has requested a preliminary ruling from the Court of Justice on unfair B2C practices, and unfair terms in consumer contracts (C-853/19).

The questions arise from proceedings before that court brought by IM against Sting Reality s.r.o. The referring court, Okresný súd Poprad, asked about a number of Directives.
