Provisional anti-dumping duty on certain imports from Indonesia, China, and Taiwan published and in force

Today, official publication has been made of Commission Implementing Regulation 2020/508 imposing a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of certain hot rolled stainless steel sheets and coils originating in Indonesia, the People’s Republic of China, and Taiwan.

This Implementing Regulation, adopted by the Commission yesterday, imposes a provisional anti-dumping duty (applicable for a period of six months) on certain flat-rolled products of stainless steel, whether or not in coils, originating in the People’s Republic of China, Taiwan and Indonesia.
