Regulation imposing anti-dumping duty on certain steel imports from Turkey challenged before General Court

Official publication has been made of two actions for annulment against Commission Implementing Regulation 2021/1100 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty and definitively collecting the provisional duty imposed on imports of certain hot-rolled flat products of iron, non-alloy or other alloy steel originating in Turkey (Ereğli Demir ve Çelik Fabrikaları and Others v Commission, T-629/21 and Çolakoğlu Metalurji and Çolakoğlu Dış Ticaret v Commission, T-630/21).
