Request for a preliminary ruling on jurisdiction of courts in a joint employment relationship 

Official publication has been made of a request for a preliminary ruling by the Cour de cassation (France) in PB v Geos SAS, Geos International Consulting Limited (C-639/21), concerning the interpretation of  Regulation 1215/2012 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments (Brussels I Recast) in a dispute related to an employment relationship.
