Review of the anti-dumping duty rate on certain imports from China

Official publication has been made of Commission Implementing Regulation 2021/1447, which amends Implementing Regulation 2020/1534, imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain prepared or preserved citrus fruits originating in the People’s Republic of China, following an expiry review pursuant to Article 11(2) of Regulation 2016/1036 on protection against dumped imports from countries not members of the EU.

‘Toyoshima Share Yidu Foods Co.’, a company located in the People’s Republic of China whose exports of certain prepared or preserved citrus fruits are subject to the anti-dumping duty implemented by Regulation 2020/1534, changed its name on March 2021 to ‘Hubei Fomdas Foods Co., Ltd, Yidu, Hubei’.
