Several decisions on Ecolabels published
Official publication has been made of several decisions of the European Commission concerning Ecolabels.
The published decisions are the following:
- Commission Decision 2020/1802: the Commission allows the use of a sampling method for the verification of multisite organisations following a recommendation of the EMAS Committee under Regulation 1221/2009.
- Commission Decision 2020/1803: establishment of the EU Ecolabel criteria for printed paper, stationery paper and paper carrier bag products.
- Commission Decision 2020/1804: establishment of the EU Ecolabel criteria for electronic displays.
- Commission Decision 2020/1805: extension of the period of validity of the ecological criteria for the award of the EU Ecolabel to textile products and footwear, as well as of the related assessment and verification requirements.
