

Tariff preferences in respect of certain products originating in Cambodia temporarily withdrawn as of 12 August 2020
Today, official publication has been made of Commission Delegated Regulation 2020/550, which was adopted on 12 February 2020, as reported here on EU Law Live. This Delegated Regulation amends Annexes II and IV to Regulation 978/2012 applying a scheme of generalised tariff preferences as regards the temporary withdrawal of the arrangements referred to in Article 1(2) of Regulation thereof in respect of certain products originating in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
