Vacancy position for a Member of the Regulatory Scrutiny Board
A vacancy notice for the position of a Principal Advisor of the Regulatory Scrutiny Board (RSB), Brussels (Belgium), has been published.
The Principal Adviser will assess quality of the reports on evaluations and fitness checks of existing policies and impact assessments regarding the Commission’s initiatives, contribute to the preparation of opinions and make recommendations on how to improve them, and offer advice to individual Commission services on the application and interpretation of the guidelines on assessments, evaluations, and methodological issues.
Applicants must hold a university degree, have at least 15 years of relevant experience, of which five years were in a high-level advisory position, have a thorough knowledge of two official EU languages, and during the three-year job mandate should not reach the retirement age set for the EU officials of 66 years.
