20th March – State Aid approval decisions in the Official Journal

Information on the European Commission’s decisions pursuant to Articles 107 and 108 TFEU not to raise objections against the following State aid measures has been published:

107658: France – Levée de certaines restrictions et extension du champ d’activité de SFIL-CAFFIL, en qualité de banque publique de développement ; 117187: Italy - CRITERI PER LA CONCESSIONE DI CONTRIBUTI ALLE ATTIVITA’ AGRICOLE E DI ACQUACOLTURA PER SISTEMI DI PREVENZIONE E DANNI DA FAUNA.
