3rd April – State Aid approval decisions in the Official Journal

Information on the European Commission’s decisions pursuant to Articles 107 and 108 TFEU not to raise objections against the following State aid measures has been published:

114306: Bulgaria – RRF - TCTF - electricity storage infrastructure (RESTORE); 117248: France - Aide aux investissements dans les exploitations agricoles liés à l’implantation de haies et d’arbres intraparcellaires 2024-2030 ; 117799: Germany - Bayern: Ausgleichszahlungen im Rahmen der Wasserrahmenrichtlinie (WRRL) - Gemeinsame Bekanntmachung der Bayerischen Staatsministerien für Ernährung, Landwirtschaft, Forsten und Tourismus und für Umwelt und Verbraucherschutz; 113721: Finland - Aid to promote the transition towards a climate-neutral economy.
