The Spanish Goodwill saga, one of the most interesting and impactful series of State aid cases, has now been concluded. With its highly anticipated judgments, delivered on 6 October 2021, the Grand Chamber of the Court of Justice has finally answered the legal questions that the saga had raised. More specifically, the cases concerned were the following:
